Creator Terms

Additional terms for creators who publish, monetize, and manage audiences on Beam.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, the claims they make, the communities they operate, and the paid experiences they offer. Creators must comply with Beam policies, applicable law, payment rules, intellectual property obligations, and audience trust standards.

2. Creator monetization

Beam may provide monetization tools such as content passes, subscriptions, tips, communities, live sessions, and creator-led digital experiences. Earnings may be subject to platform fees, processor fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, withholding, reversals, or account reviews.

3. Payouts

Creators must provide accurate payout details. Beam may delay, deny, reverse, or review payouts where fraud, chargebacks, incorrect account details, legal issues, unresolved reports, or policy concerns arise.

4. Verification and featured placement

Verification and featured placement are Beam trust and discovery signals. They are not permanent entitlements. Beam may grant, deny, remove, or modify these statuses based on creator activity, earnings, profile quality, safety record, audience trust, or strategic review.

5. Content removal and account action

Beam may remove content, limit distribution, suspend monetization, restrict payouts, or suspend creator accounts where policies, laws, payment rules, safety standards, or third-party rights may be violated.
