Last updated: 3 June 2026
1. Respect for intellectual property
Beam respects intellectual property rights. Creators must only upload or publish content they own, have licensed, or are otherwise legally allowed to use.
2. Copyright complaints
Rights holders may contact Beam with a clear copyright complaint identifying the work, the allegedly infringing content, ownership or authority to act, contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
3. Creator response
Where appropriate, Beam may notify the creator and allow a response. Beam may remove or restrict access to disputed content while a claim is reviewed.
4. Repeat infringement
Beam may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights, misuse third-party content, or abuse the copyright complaint process.
