Refund Policy

How Beam approaches digital content purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and disputes.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Digital content purchases

Because Beam primarily provides digital content and access-based products, purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law or approved by Beam in exceptional circumstances.

2. Subscriptions and memberships

Subscription cancellations generally stop future renewals but do not automatically refund past billing periods. Access may continue until the end of the paid period depending on the subscription structure.

3. Failed access or duplicate payments

Beam may review refund requests where a user was charged but did not receive access, was charged twice, or experienced a confirmed technical failure caused by the platform.

4. Chargebacks and abuse

Fraudulent refund claims, abusive chargebacks, or attempts to access paid content without valid payment may lead to account restrictions or loss of platform access.
